At RoC® Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
